Residential Care Associate Medicine Tech - as-needed, 48 hours/month

Are you passionate about supporting adolescents in a therapeutic residential setting? Join our dedicated team as a Residential Care Associate / Med Tech and make a meaningful impact every day.

What Youll Do:

- ##### Provide compassionate, hands-on care to children and adolescents in a residential treatment program

- ##### Facilitate therapeutic groups, recreational activities, and daily routines

- ##### Administer medications under supervision and maintain accurate documentation

- ##### Monitor resident safety and well-being, responding to behavioral needs with empathy and professionalism

- ##### Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support individualized treatment plans

- ##### Transport residents to appointments and community activities

- ##### Assist with onboarding and training of new staff

What Youll Need:

- ##### Minimum age: 21

- ##### High school diploma or GED required, associate or bachelors degree in psychology, social work, or related field preferred

- ##### Experience working with adolescents in residential care preferred

- ##### Valid drivers license and clean driving record

- ##### Ability to pass background check, physical, and drug screening

- ##### Certified Medication Technician (CMT) through Maryland Board of Nursing preferred—or willingness to complete training

- ##### Current CPR/BLS certification

- ##### Willingness to complete required residential training and CPS clearance
