What You'll Do

- Perform initial evaluations and re-evaluations

- Develop individualized plans of care based on patient goals and functional needs

- Provide skilled physical therapy treatments and therapeutic exercise

- Treat a variety of orthopedic, vestibular, balance, neurological, and fall-risk conditions

- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

- Educate patients on their condition, treatment plan, and home program

- Establish measurable goals and appropriate discharge timelines

- Complete accurate and timely documentation

- Collaborate with the clinical team to provide high-quality patient care

What We're Looking For

- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

- Current or eligible Pennsylvania PT license

- Experience or interest in outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation

- Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team

- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and pursue continuing education

- Passion for helping patients achieve meaningful functional outcomes
