Title: Epoxy Strategic Accounts & Development Manager
Location: Remote - USA
Salary: $140,000 - $200,000
The Epoxy Strategic Accounts & Development Manager plays a critical role in supporting Olin’s business objectives by driving company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and managing client relationships. This position collaborates across teams to deliver results that expand the company's market presence and revenue.
What You’ll Do
- Research markets, analyze competitors, and uncover potential clients or partnerships.
- Create and implement business development strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction while also exploring up-sell or cross-sell opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts, proposals, and agreements to secure profitable deals.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams to align strategies and achieve business objectives
- Analyze trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree* in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Chemistry, or closely related degree
- 7+ years of related experience; Epoxy knowledge and experience preferred
- Ability to develop long-term business strategies and identify growth opportunities
- Strong verbal and written communication to convey company goals and negotiate effectively
- Ability to assess market trends, evaluate opportunities, and make data-driven decisions
- Understanding of marketing strategies to promote products or services and enhance brand awareness
- Must be able to travel up to 50%
- Prior Olin experience preferred
- Must be able to obtain a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Card) and possess and valid Driver's License.
