About this role
Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently pick and pack inventory to fulfill customer orders.
- Assist with inventory organization and control to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of debris , properly disposing of waste and trash.
- Perform all duties safely and responsibly , following OSHA standards, company policies, and established procedures.
- Promptly report any unsafe conditions, hazards, or practices to management.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team and overall operations.
Qualifications
- Must successfully complete pre-employment requirements , including a background check and drug screening.
- Must be 18 years of age or older .
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50–75 pounds as required.
- Demonstrated history of reliable attendance and performance in a work or school setting.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to consistently arrive on time and maintain dependable attendance.
