Responsibilities

How You’ll Make an Impact

- Provide enterprise-wide leadership for OPEX strategy that aligns with corporate goals and guides multi-year planning and portfolio decisions

- Govern executive-level forecasting and performance management by establishing standards, evaluating risk scenarios and leading decision forums

- Integrate macro and market signals into strategic recommendations to influence capital allocation and policy changes

- Institutionalize cost discipline and continuous improvement through enterprise controls, advanced tooling and operating mechanisms

- Build organizational capability by developing talent, setting standards and fostering communities of practice to ensure sustained outcomes against strategic KPIs

Required Qualifications

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience

- 10+ years of business planning or financial analysis

- 7+ years of experience leading teams

- Prioritize and organize tasks efficiently while managing multiple projects and competing priorities

- Operate independently and contribute meaningfully in a dynamic team environment
