Fulfilment Coordinator

The Fulfillment Coordinator is responsible to provide staff support for Field Operations, and to represent the organization when interfacing with other internal departments, contract partner companies and customers. This position will be involved primarily in the coordination of contract partner support and associated fulfillment tasks as assigned. Meetings and collaboration with Drop Bury team and coordination of projects.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

- Support of Installation, drop bury, construction and other specialized contractor processes

Damage claim processing in VECTOR EHS Management system closing out and settling claims with customers and businesses

Identifying and procuring qualified contract partner companies that can perform Drop Bury work and install work

Securing and processing all required documentation to on-board contract companies

Agreements, Certificates of Insurance, Safety certifications and other required registrations

Review, approve and processing of contract partner billing and invoicing

Work with Accounts Payable to ensure information for contract partners invoicing is correct and paid on time

Work force analysis, allocation and movement at various work sites to determine appropriate levels of staffing needed to complete work on time

Interact and operate in concert with other teams and departments critical to the success of Field Operations

Assist in the development of process workflows and associated procedures pertaining to Field Operations

Assist in preparation of required reporting and presentations as assigned

Travel up to 5% as necessary for team meetings in Evansville

All other duties as assigned

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

- Highschool or GED Required

- Associate or bachelors degree preferred in business related studies or relevant related work experience

- 3 years experience in office administrative position preferred communications industry experience is bonus

- Must be proficient with Microsoft products: Office, Word, Teams, Excel and PowerPoint

- Effective and efficient ability to communicate both verbally and written

- Documented experience working in fast pace high volume position
