WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

The purpose of this role is to maintain a clean environment and ensure that the kitchen tools are ready and in place for the next use.

- Stocks and organizes china, glass and cutlery for banquet services.
- Cleans equipment and stainless-steel walls in the kitchen, sweep and mop kitchens and storage areas.
- Cleans dishes, removes food waste from plates, fills dishwasher and unloads dishwasher.
- Assist Chief Steward with moving and organizing small wares for off-site events, as required.
- Assist Chefs with plated meals as required.

WHAT DO YOU NEED FROM ME?

- Able to lift up to 50 lbs when required
- Valid Drivers G License is an asset
- Able to work days and Afternoon
- Reliable transportation
