About the role:

The Marketing Operations Analyst I supports the development, optimization, and scalability of Marketing Operations by improving the systems, data infrastructure, and processes that power marketing execution. This role plays a key part in strengthening marketing data environments, supporting system integrations, administering marketing technology platforms, and driving cross-functional initiatives. The Marketing Operations Analyst partners closely with teams serving customers, carriers, and employees, bringing structure, accountability, and forward-thinking solutions that uphold and elevate TQL standards.

What you’ll be doing:

- Support the development and ongoing improvement of a reliable, structured marketing data environment that enables smarter decision-making
- Assist with data integrations across platforms to ensure accuracy and accessibility
- Develop dashboards and reporting that translate data into clear, actionable insights
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual work through automation while strengthening data quality and governance
- Support the administration and optimization of marketing systems to improve performance, efficiency, and user adoption
- Resolve technical challenges quickly by partnering effectively with vendors and internal teams
- Assist in evaluating and implementing enhancements that elevate marketing capabilities
- Document processes to support the development of best practices to ensure scalable, sustainable system management
- Drive assigned marketing initiatives from planning through execution in partnership with IT and cross-functional teams
- Ensure projects are delivered on time by proactively managing timelines, risks, and dependencies
- Maintain clear, consistent stakeholder communication to prevent surprises

What you need:

- Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Information Systems or a related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- 1-3 years of experience with SQL (writing queries, joining tables, troubleshooting data issues)
- 1-3 years of experience building reports/dashboards (Power BI or similar tools)
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, or other MarTech tools
- Understanding of data integrations and APIs
- Experience managing cross-functional projects
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- High ownership mentality — sees things through to completion
- Naturally curious and eager to learn new systems and technologies
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Clear communicator who can translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
