About this role

Salary: $75,000–$82,000 annually
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (40 hours/week)
Hours: Primarily 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, with one day per week 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Help Students Build Communication Skills for Life

The Ivy Street School, a program of MAB Community Services, is seeking a compassionate and collaborative Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellow) to join our multidisciplinary team. We are a year-round, private residential special education school serving neurodiverse adolescents and young adults (ages 13–22) with autism, developmental disabilities, and complex learning needs.

What You'll Do

- Provide individual and small-group speech-language therapy for a caseload of approximately 6–12 students

- Complete speech and language evaluations and assessments

- Develop IEP goals, treatment plans, and progress reports

- Collaborate with teachers, occupational therapists, physical therapists, clinicians, residential staff, and families

- Lead classroom push-in groups and support residential communication programming

- Participate in IEP meetings, treatment team meetings, and interdisciplinary collaboration

- Support school-wide bullying prevention education and student programming

- Maintain documentation and student progress records

- Participate in department meetings, supervision, and professional development

Qualifications

- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology

- Massachusetts SLP License

- CCC-SLP or eligible to begin a Clinical Fellowship (CF)

- School, residential, or transition-age experience preferred

- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
