Essential Responsibilities
- Manage capital expenditure (Capex) by structuring and monitoring investment controls for expansion projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyze inventory levels and control manufacturing costs through the implementation of robust metrics.
- Identify operational variances and uncover opportunities for process efficiency.
- Act as a strategic Business Partner to Manufacturing and Operations teams to align operational execution with financial objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Accounting.
- Experience in the role.
- Advanced knowledge Excel (financial modeling).
- Solid foundation in accounting principles applied to costs and inventory.
- Fluent English (essential for interfacing with global leadership).
- Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to transform complex data into strategic insights. Demonstrated autonomy and flexibility.
Desirable qualifications
- Power BI (dashboard creation and data visualization).
