Mobile Crisis Response (MCR) Counselors / Qualified Mental Health Professionals
WHAT YOU’LL DO
MCR team members provide community-based crisis intervention and stabilization services to individuals experiencing behavioral health crises. Responsibilities may include:
• Responding to individuals experiencing a mental health crisis
• Providing crisis intervention and de-escalation
• Supporting safety and stabilization in the community
• Completing required documentation accurately and timely
• Coordinating with clinicians, community providers, hospitals, law enforcement, and other resources as appropriate
• Working collaboratively with other members of the Mobile Crisis Response team
• Maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance with agency requirements
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
✔ Qualified behavioral health professionals
✔ Strong crisis-intervention and communication skills
✔ Dependable and able to work as part of a team
✔ Ability to complete documentation within required timeframes
✔ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
✔ Ability to meet TAP onboarding, training, background, and credentialing requirements
✔ Previous crisis, behavioral health, or community-based services experience preferred
