How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Controls Technician I, you’ll support the installation of conveyor control systems that power our customers’ operations. You’ll learn from experienced leaders, work hands-on in the field, and play an important role in delivering reliable, high-quality automation solutions—all while building skills that set you up for long-term growth.

What You’ll Do

- Support lead installers with the installation, testing, and maintenance of conveyor control systems
- Prepare job sites by organizing tools, materials, and equipment for safe, efficient installs
- Assist with inspections and troubleshooting while following all safety standards and guidelines
- Document work completed and system updates while maintaining a clean, organized work area

What You’ll Bring

- High school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation
- Basic experience with electrical work and comfort using tools (hand tools, power tools, volt meters)
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel (drive/fly) 50-75%, based on project needs

Work Schedule

During times of significant workload and/or project go-lives, an employee could be expected to work shifts greater than 12hrs and/or work weeks greater than 60hrs, including weekends, with overtime compensated appropriately.
