## About the Opportunity
We're seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join a growing operations team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, coordinating multiple moving pieces, building relationships, and ensuring customers receive timely service. In this position, you'll act as the bridge between customers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure service requests are assigned, managed, and completed successfully. ## What You'll Do
Coordinate service requests and ensure work orders are assigned and completed in a timely manner. Monitor urgent and emergency requests to ensure customers receive prompt service. Research and identify qualified service providers when existing network coverage is unavailable. Build strong working relationships with contractors and service professionals. Manage inbound and outbound communications with providers and internal stakeholders. Follow up on open service requests and proactively drive resolution. Maintain accurate documentation and update provider records within company systems. Process provider inquiries and assist with escalated service situations. Coordinate one-time service arrangements and special handling requests. Support workflow management by prioritizing and tracking high-volume requests. Respond promptly to email inquiries and service status requests. Utilize multiple systems and software applications to process and track service activities.
### Required Qualifications
Recent 2+ years of customer service, operations coordination, dispatch, scheduling, or service support experience. Strong communication skills with the ability to build professional relationships. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Experience working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word. CRM Experience. Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team. HS Diploma or GED minimum required. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Warrenville, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
