This position is day shift, Monday-Friday.

As a Regional PM Coordinator, your more typical responsibilities will include:

- Scheduling, dispatching and managing service jobs for our preventative maintenance team per work orders and guidelines on a regional basis

- Complete customer service work authorizations with input from technicians, foreman/manager and parts department and identify all maintenance needs with mobile lube/preventative maintenance technicians

- Provide cost estimates to customers, ensure customers have sufficient credit for the work authorized, explain pricing options and set up payment plans when needed

- Communicate estimated job start time and completion date, update the customer of changes or additional concerns as they arise, and make additional service work recommendations that align with technicians findings during maintenance

- Assign SPGs or estimated repair times to work order, approve technicians service report and perform final inspections

- Review invoice with customer prior to closing work order, answer customer questions and invoice the customer

Must Have:

- 2 or more years of experience as a dispatcher and/or service advisor with exceptional customer service strongly preferred with demonstrated proficiency in role, processes, and scheduling

- Experience as a mobile lube technician or preventative maintenance technician is preferred

- Excellent communication skills with attention to detail and consistent follow up

- Daily computer usage in scheduling/dispatch and work order systems, with experience in CDK at plus

- Ability to work as liaison between technicians and customers while handling high volum e of customer inquiries in person and by phone

- Lifting up to 50 pounds and the ability to conduct equipment inspections on occasion
