[Job Description] One of the largest electrical contractors in the Pacific Northwest, with nearly 80 years of history and a reputation for delivering complex commercial, industrial, healthcare, mission-critical, and high-tech projects, is currently hiring for an Electrical Safety Representative. This opportunity offers the stability of a large organization while maintaining a culture that employees often describe as family-oriented. This position will be responsible for supporting safety compliance, training, and jobsite safety initiatives on active construction projects. Focuses on hazard identification, inspections, audits, and maintaining OSHA and company safety standards. Pay - $125k/yr. - $140k/yr. Location - Redmond, WA (20% On-Site, 80% Travel to various project sites around the Puget Sound area; Work Vehicle Included) [Summary of Key Responsibilities]

- Conduct jobsite inspections, audits, and safety observations.
- Support Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) and Site-Specific Safety Plans.
- Investigate and document incidents, near misses, and safety concerns.
- Deliver and support safety training programs.
- Partner with project teams to maintain a safe work environment.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and company safety standards.

[Qualification Requirements]

- 2+ years of Electrical Construction industry experience (can include other industry experience, as long as the 2 years are in construction).
- Strong experience and knowledge in electrical safety (non-negotiable).
- Experience implementing and overseeing an electrical safety program (huge bonus).
- NFPA 70E, CHST, and/or OSHA 30 is preferred.
- Ability to identify unsafe electrical conditions and implement corrective actions.
- Ability to effectively deliver safety trainings, audits, and guidance to teams and field personnel.
- Comfortability working independently (will be the one and only Electrical Safety Representative to support the WA market).

Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Redmond, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $125000.00 - $140000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Company culture is very strong
