[Job Description] A leading commercial general contractor that is known for high-profile commercial, healthcare, education, hospitality, entertainment, and public sector projects is currently hiring for a Commercial Construction Project Manager to support the K-12 Educational projects. Pay - $65/hr. - $72/hr. ($135k/yr. - $150k/yr.) Location - Mercer Island, WA (Will support various construction projects in the greater Seattle area) - 100% On-site. [Summary of Key Responsibilities]

- Will oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Will be responsible for managing project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships.
- Change Orders, RFIs, and Submittals Process.
- Support projects from cradle to grave.

[Qualification Requirements]

- 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience. Commercial Construction experience is a must-have. Must be coming from a commercial ground-up or TI.

- Ground Up project experience from Cradle to Grave.
- Experience managing project budgets, schedules, subcontractor buyout, and change orders.
- Strong understanding of contract administration and cost control.
- Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Project experience within commercial, K-12, municipal, multifamily, mixed-use, or tenant improvement.
- Familiarity with the Washington construction market and local subcontractor network.
- Procore knowledge is a nice-to-have.

This is a Contract position based out of Mercer Island, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $72.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
