What Youll Do
- Keep Operations Running: Edit, word process, and proofread correspondence and complex reports
- Be the First Point of Contact: Operate the central telephone system and provide professional customer service
- Stay Organized: Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail; scan and organize electronic and physical files using Laserfiche
- Support the Team: Compose routine correspondence, complete copy requests, and manage file transfers
- Work with Data: Perform accurate data entry, retrieval, and report preparation
- Build Tools for Success: Develop forms, templates, spreadsheets, and databases
- Coordinate Projects: Assist with special projects and administrative initiatives
- Share Knowledge: Support orientation and training of new staff
- Handle Vendor Processes: Assist with vendorization as assigned
- Pitch In Where Needed: Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications
Position Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of three (3) years of progressively responsible office experience
An Associates degree or business school certificate may substitute for one (1) year of experience
- Knowledge of office procedures, grammar, spelling, and standard business practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access)
- Ability to type at least 50 words per minute
- Previous experience in specific technical functions may be required (e.g., telephone reception, word processing)
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
