In this role, you will:
- Ensure the availability of clean dishes by bussing tables, washing dishes, pots, pans, and flatware
- Clean machines and appliances used in the kitchen, such as coffee makers, soda fountain, stainess steel surfaces, etc.
- Sweep and mop floors, especially in the event that items are broken or spilled
- Follow the Health, Safety and Environment policies, procedures and mandatory instructions
- Take out the trash and break down cardboard, cleaning garbage receptacles when necessary
- Support other restaurant staff members by assisting with other tasks, as needed
Qualifications:
- Great communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Must be willing at times to work opening/closing shifts, weekends, holidays
