About this role
Program Administrator
Park City Ski & Snowboard | Park City, UT
Park City Ski & Snowboard is hiring a Program Administrator to keep one of the country's top winter sports clubs running smoothly behind the scenes. If you're the kind of person who loves checking every box, solving problems before anyone notices them, and being the reason a busy team stays on track, this role was built for you. You'll work closely with our Operations Director, sport directors, and coaches, giving them the support they need to focus on what matters most: athletes. Keep reading to see if this is your next role.
Schedule, Pay & Benefits
- Full-time, hourly position
- Normal business hours, Monday through Friday, with evening hours during fundraising events
- Pay range starting at $20/hour; DOE
- Benefits include health, vision, and dental insurance
- HSA and 403(b) retirement plan with company matches

You'll thrive here because PCSS is a mission-driven club built on the belief that sport shapes character. You'll report to and learn directly from an Operations Director who values initiative and trusts you to own your work. And in this role, you'll get a front-row seat to how a major sports club actually runs, from registrations to fundraising to athlete scholarships, making every day different and genuinely meaningful.
Job Requirements
Must-haves:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in coaching or administration at a winter sports club
- Must pass a federal, state, and SafeSport background check, and complete SafeSport certification within three months of start
- Genuine passion for the power of sport, paired with a detail-oriented mindset and strong interpersonal skills
- Available to work days, evenings, weekends, and some holidays, including evenings during fundraising events
- Self-starter who takes initiative and works independently within a team environment
Nice-to-haves:
- Interest in snow sports
- Prior accounting or money-handling experience
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft Suite, and payment portals
Day in the Life
Most days center on supporting the sport directors, whatever that looks like: processing a scholarship, sorting a refund, or working through accounts payable and registration details. When a fundraiser is on the calendar, you'll help pull the logistics together and stay a bit later to see it through. You'll also sit in on board and manager meetings, keeping notes that help the whole club stay aligned. It's detailed work, but it adds up to coaches who can focus on their athletes and a club that runs the way it should.
About You at Park City
You've always been the person who notices what others miss. A form filled out incorrectly, a bill about to slip through the cracks, a question nobody's answered yet: you catch it and fix it. You believe in accountability, so when something's on your plate, it gets done right. You work well with a team, but you don't need anyone looking over your shoulder to get there. And underneath it all, you have real respect for what sport can do for a young person, which is exactly why a role like this, quiet as it can be, feels worth showing up for every day.
PCSS needs someone who can bring order to a busy, mission-driven club and free up our coaches to focus on athletes. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you. Apply today through our careers page.
