Join Ford's Final Assembly team at the HSAP plant as a PCE (Process Coach Engineer). You will lead hourly production personnel on the shop floor, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure standardized work is followed across all shifts to deliver on Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) targets.
