- Work with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams to follow up actions, solve problems and keep projects on track.

- Spend regular time on active sites, developing practical knowledge while monitoring work against drawings, specifications, schedules and quality standards.

- Support QA/QC inspections, snagging and close-out, identifying issues and helping drive them through to resolution.

- Gain practical exposure to procurement, cost tracking, material take-offs, project reporting and handover activities.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Civil Engineering, Building Construction, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.

- Recent graduates and candidates with limited construction experience are welcome; internship or site experience is an advantage.

- A proactive, accountable and curious approach, with a genuine desire to learn how construction projects are delivered.

- Strong organization, communication, attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to ask questions and follow through.
