As a Bell stand Attendant, a typical day will include:
- G reet and escort guests to their rooms.
- Opens doors and assists O wners/guests/visitors entering and leaving the property.
- Informs guests of property amenities, services, hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities.
- Transports guest luggage to and from the villa/guest room and/or designated bell area.
- Assists with luggage storage and retrieval.
- Assists O wners/guests/visitors in and out of vehicles, including assisting with loading/unloading luggage.
Guest Experience and Company Standards
- Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs.
- Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
- Contribute to team goals.
- Always follow company policies and safety procedures.
To Become a Bell stand Attendant at AAH :
- Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.
- Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time .
- Lift/Carry/Push/Pull Items that Weigh up to 50 lbs without assistance .
- The position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
