Job Title: Sales Representative Job Description
The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound sales activities while guiding customers through the purchasing process. The role involves helping customers identify the right enclosure solutions, generating new business opportunities, and maintaining strong customer relationships from initial inquiry through order completion.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Assist customers in selecting and configuring products that meet their needs.
- Manage sales opportunities throughout the entire sales cycle.
- Enter and maintain accurate customer and sales information within the CRM system.
- Conduct outbound prospecting and follow-up calls to support sales objectives.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide timely solutions.
- Welcome and assist visitors who come to the office for product demonstrations or consultations.
- Participate in trade shows, industry events, and occasional customer visits when needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Support additional sales and customer-related initiatives as assigned.
Essential Skills
- At least one year of inside sales, customer-facing sales, or related experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently while contributing as part of a team.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience conducting outbound prospecting or cold calling preferred.
- Experience using CRM software preferred.
Work Environment
The position operates Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The role requires a commitment to providing excellent customer service and working collaboratively with internal teams to achieve sales objectives.
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Neenah, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40000.00 - $44000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. 401(k) with company match
