About this role

Accountabilities:

- Lead renewal, upsell, and other partner communications while keeping nonprofit goals and priorities at the center of each interaction.

- Build strong relationships with internal Partner Success Strategists to understand the complete partner journey leading up to renewal.

- Develop and present tailored renewal and expansion plans based on individual partner needs, taking ownership of opportunities well ahead of key deadlines.

- Proactively identify and address internal and external challenges before they become larger issues.

- Represent nonprofit partner needs across internal teams and contribute to how products and services are developed and delivered.

- Communicate relevant product developments and proactively identify opportunities to provide additional value to partners.

- Manage and continuously improve renewal and upsell processes, maintaining accurate CRM records to support effective scheduling and forecasting.

- Identify and share partner feedback, customer success practices, and relevant industry trends with the broader team.

- Help develop scalable tactics and processes that support continued growth in both the team and partner portfolio.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience within a SaaS customer success environment, managing clients and handling negotiations; experience in nonprofit fundraising is strongly preferred.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, combined with strong attention to detail.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work accurately and consistently within CRM and sales tools.

- Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to learn, take on projects beyond your core expertise, and follow initiatives through to completion.

- Strong decision-making skills and a collaborative approach, balancing independent action with appropriate team alignment.

- Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and navigating nuanced situations to make sound decisions.

- Ability to adapt as responsibilities and priorities evolve within a rapidly growing organization.

- A proactive, relationship-oriented approach with the ability to build trust and create positive partner experiences.

- OTE compensation of CAD$115,000–$128,000, including a base salary of CAD$86,000–$96,000 and equity.
