About this role

Accountabilities:

- Lead initial outbound outreach to prospects, including senior and C-level decision-makers, using cold calling, email, and social channels.

- Build rapport quickly with prospective customers, generate interest, and create strong first impressions around relevant products and services.

- Identify prospect needs, challenges, and potential customer experience opportunities through effective discovery and engagement.

- Generate qualified meetings and opportunities while contributing directly to pipeline and revenue goals.

- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing customer accounts and coordinate with relevant sales teams.

- Collaborate proactively with Sales, Management, and Marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales approaches.

- Research industry developments, funding signals, and business trends and incorporate relevant insights into prospecting strategies.

- Experiment with creative prospecting approaches and continuously refine outreach strategies to improve results.

- Maintain effective use of CRM, sales engagement, prospecting, and analytics tools to support pipeline development and sales activity.

Requirements:

- 2–4+ years of experience in a BDR or SDR role with a demonstrated track record in outbound prospecting.

- Proven success meeting or exceeding quotas related to pipeline generation and closed business.

- Experience working in fast-paced SaaS or technology environments.

- Exposure to the full sales cycle or experience collaborating closely with Account Managers or other sellers on closing opportunities.

- Experience targeting mid-market or enterprise accounts, as well as existing customers for upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

- Hands-on experience with CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce, Dialer, Einstein, Highspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.

- Familiarity with sales engagement platforms and analytics tools.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong relationship-building abilities.

- Demonstrated proficiency in cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.

- Proactive, creative, and adaptable approach to prospecting, with the motivation to test new strategies and consistently work toward ambitious goals.
