We’re looking for an energetic, capable Warehouse Supervisor who knows that a high-performing warehouse is about more than getting product out the door. It’s about good people, clear expectations, smart processes and a strong culture of safety and teamwork.

Reporting to our Warehouse Manager, you’ll provide hands-on day-to-day leadership to our Palmerston North warehouse team. You’ll keep work flowing, standards high and people engaged, while continually looking for ways to improve.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll lead and develop a high-performing warehouse team, coordinate daily workflow and resources, and maintain
high standards of accuracy, quality and efficiency.

You’ll also play an important role in building a positive, supportive and safety-first culture – setting clear expectations, developing your people and making sure health and safety is simply part of how we work every day.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll work alongside the team when needed and lead from the front to get the job done.

What we’re looking for

You’ll bring warehouse, logistics or supply chain experience, along with proven people leadership skills.

You’ll be comfortable managing priorities in a busy environment, using warehouse systems and communicating effectively across teams. A current driver licence and forklift licence are required .

Just as importantly, we’re looking for someone who is humble, hungry and smart – a leader who puts the team ahead of ego, has the drive to make things better, and has the people smarts to bring out the best in others.
