Requirements:
· 6+ years of experience in HR, with strong HRBP experience.
· Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
· MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
· Strong experience in employee engagement, performance management,
talent management, and employee relations.

· We are looking for a HR Business
Partner (HRBP) to join AuxoAI and partner closely with business leaders,
managers, and employees. The role will focus on employee engagement,
performance management, talent development, employee relations, retention,
and overall employee experience.
· The ideal candidate should be a
strong people partner with excellent communication and stakeholder management
skills, who can work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth AI
environment .
Responsibilities:
· Partner with business leaders and
managers on people-related matters.
· Support performance management,
goal setting, reviews, and performance improvement.
· Drive employee engagement and
employee experience initiatives.
· Support talent management, career
development, and retention initiatives.
· Handle employee concerns,
conflicts, and employee relations matters.
· Partner with Talent Acquisition on
key hiring and onboarding activities.
· Support HR policies, processes, and
employee lifecycle initiatives.
· Conduct regular employee and
manager connects to understand concerns and feedback.
· Track key HR metrics such as
attrition, engagement, performance, and employee movement.
· Provide HR insights and
recommendations to business leaders.
· Support organizational changes and
culture-building initiatives.
· Coach and guide managers on
people-related matters.
· Partner with managers to design team-level
engagement action plans based on survey feedback, and follow up to ensure
accountability and closure r management skills.
· Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
· Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong understanding of HR processes and practices.
· Experience in startup environment is preferred.
