Job Description
- Supporting Project Management team for vendor due diligence and comprehensive assessments in collaboration with procurement and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Coordinate the execution of Statements of Work (SOWs), work orders, and associated vendor documentation.
- Work closely with Finance and Clinical Operations teams to track actual spend against approved budgets
- Monitor purchase orders, invoices, and payment status to ensure timely processing and vendor payments.
- Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, and project teams to facilitate timely contract execution and renewals.
- Monitor contractual obligations and ensure adherence to agreed terms and conditions.
- Maintain an organized repository of contracts, SOWs, change orders, and related documentation.
- Support the development and maintenance of clinical study forecasts and cash flow projections.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, internal policies, SOPs, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Support the preparation, review, execution, and maintenance of vendor contracts and associated amendments.
- Support audit and inspection readiness by maintaining accurate vendor and financial records.
- Prepare routine reports and dashboards related to vendor performance, budget utilization, and financial forecasts.
- Provide regular updates to study teams, management, Procurement, and Finance stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective communication between internal functions and external vendors to ensure smooth study execution.

Education
Graduation in Engineering or Finance
