About this role
Accountabilities:
- Lead the implementation, optimization, governance, and user adoption of Sitetracker for post-COD operations.
- Develop, maintain, and improve standard operating procedures, process maps, templates, trackers, training materials, and other operational documentation.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate contract, O&M, warranty, compliance, safety, and technical requirements into repeatable workflows and processes.
- Support the onboarding and optimization of enterprise agreements and operations management processes within Sitetracker.
- Use AI and other digital tools to identify process gaps, analyze lessons learned, create solutions, and improve operational workflows.
- Support contract obligation extraction, documentation standardization, reporting, and tracking using AI and other appropriate tools.
- Support pre-COD activities for upcoming projects, including logging requirements, process workflows, punch-list items, project onboarding activities, and related documentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve consistency, accountability, data quality, and operational discipline across assets and projects under construction.
- Manage special projects focused on improving system utilization, process efficiency, and operational performance.
- Coordinate multiple workstreams and stakeholders, track open actions, and ensure initiatives are driven through to completion.
- Develop dashboards, templates, workflows, and reporting tools that improve visibility and decision-making.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the operating fleet by incorporating feedback, lessons learned, and evolving best practices.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in program management, project management, business operations, systems implementation, or a related function.
- Experience with Sitetracker or similar enterprise platforms, including contract management, project management, document management, CMMS, or workflow systems.
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools to improve workflows, documentation, data organization, reporting, automation, or business operations.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple workstreams, coordinate stakeholders, track open items, and drive initiatives to completion.
- Excellent organization and documentation skills, with experience developing SOPs, process maps, trackers, training materials, dashboards, or reporting tools.
- Strong process improvement mindset with the ability to identify gaps, standardize workflows, and develop scalable operating processes.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable creating structure in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Experience in renewable energy, energy storage, utilities, construction, infrastructure, or another asset-intensive industry is preferred but not required.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, document management, project management, information systems, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Harvey, or similar platforms to improve efficiency, quality, and responsiveness while applying appropriate judgment and oversight.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical, operational, commercial, and corporate teams.
