About this role
The role of a Client Relationship Manager (CRM) is to deliver against client objectives of understanding, anticipating and managing the needs and expectations of clients to ensure maximum revenue potential and develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
CRMs are ultimately responsible for the premium delivery of services to MUFG’s clients and their investors. This includes managing client expectations, fee discussions, negotiating service level agreements, account planning, cross-selling and strategic initiatives.
