Veterinary Diagnostic Consultant

As a Veterinary Diagnostic Consultant, you'll help veterinary practices gain the clarity they need to make informed diagnostic decisions, improve patient care, and grow their business. By building trusted relationships with veterinarians and clinic teams, you'll serve as a strategic partner, connecting customers with diagnostic solutions that help them deliver the best possible outcomes for pets. As a Veterinary Diagnostic Consultant, you'll play a key role in expanding access to IDEXX's in-house and reference laboratory solutions while helping veterinary professionals unlock the full value of diagnostics in their daily practice.

In this role

- You'll build strong partnerships with veterinary clinics through meaningful business discussions, educational support, and trusted consultative selling.
- You'll identify opportunities within existing accounts while acquiring new customers across your assigned territory.
- You'll help veterinary teams translate clinical and operational needs into diagnostic solutions that support patient care and practice growth.
- You'll promote and expand the use of IDEXX diagnostic equipment, tests, services, consumables, and reference laboratory offerings.
- You'll work toward quarterly and annual growth goals through effective territory planning and account development.
- You'll educate veterinarians and clinic staff on IDEXX products, services, and marketing programs, helping teams maximize the value of diagnostics.
- You'll collaborate with cross-functional partners across Sales, Marketing, Technical Support, and Laboratory Operations to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- You'll represent IDEXX at industry conferences, trade shows, and educational events.
- You'll stay current on veterinary industry trends, diagnostics, and IDEXX innovations to provide customers with relevant insights and recommendations.
