Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, customize, and maintain solutions on the Ivanti platform.
- Configure and enhance ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, Asset Management, and CMDB.
- Develop and customize workflows, business rules, forms, dashboards, and reports.
- Build and maintain integrations with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and other integration technologies.
- Develop automation scripts and optimize existing workflows to improve operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolution for production incidents.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Participate in solution design, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Ensure adherence to development standards, security guidelines, and documentation practices.
- Support platform upgrades, patching activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with the Ivanti platform.
- Strong knowledge of Ivanti ITSM/Neurons architecture and customization capabilities.
- Experience with workflows, forms, business objects, automation, and reporting.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, SOAP services, JSON, XML, and system integrations.
- Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Experience with JavaScript, PowerShell, or similar scripting languages.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and enterprise service management concepts.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Ivanti certifications are preferred.
