Senior Inspector QA/QC (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a Senior Inspector QA/QC (m/f/d) for our location in Kirchheim near Munich.

As Senior Inspector QA/QC (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the professional and accurate inspection and testing of serial production components and ultra-high-purity gas systems in accordance with inspection orders under cleanroom conditions. Through precise testing procedures, meticulous documentation, and strict adherence to all quality and safety standards,you will make a significant contribution to ensuring the reliability, safety, and performance of our systems and facilities.

## Explore your tasks and responsibilities

- Perform testing activities on serial production components and ultra-high-purity gas systems under cleanroom conditions, including pressure tests, helium leak tests, particle measurements, and component-specific test bench inspections.
- Prepare accurate and timely digital test documentation in accordance with quality requirements.
- Maintain, service, and perform functional checks on testing equipment, test benches, and related tools.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations as well as quality management standards.
- Report deviations, non-conformities, and irregularities to the responsible stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and safety-related processes to enhance operational reliability and quality.

## Show your expertise

- Completed technical vocational training in one of the following fields: Mechatronics, Industrial Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (HVAC/R), Automotive or Construction Machinery Technology. Alternatively, candidates from other backgrounds with relevant technical experience and a strong hands-on engineering aptitude are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong technical understanding and the ability to work accurately with testing and measurement equipment.
- Structured, detail-oriented, and quality-focused approach to work.
- Strong team player with assertiveness, reliability, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Proficient in using PCs and standard Microsoft Office applications
- Very good German language skills, English skills are an advantage.
- Driver's licence
