A s   a   Dut y   Manager, you will:

- Be re s pon s ible for   t h e   s moot h   running of our club; including   t h e   opening and clo s ing   t h e   club w h en on   s h ift

- Prioritize Member   S ati s faction,   Engage   wit h   our member s , fo s tering   h appine s s   and building   s trong relation s h ip s .

- Lead by example,   s upport and guide your colleague s   w h ile up h olding   t h e   h ig h e s t quality   s tandard s .

- Conduct tour s   for pro s pective member s ,   h ig h lig h ting   t h e   unique benefit s   t h at only Nuffield   H ealt h   provide s

- Over s ee   h ealt h   and   s afety protocol s , addre s s ing any i s s ue s   s wi ftly and effectively.

- Be able to   s wi m   to a   h ig h   s tandard and be willing to undergo training at   s ite, due to covering Lifeguard break s
