About this role
- A minimum of 3 years of Audit experience .
- Big 4 experience is considered an advantage.
- Experience supervising and motivating teams in a professional setting.
- A university degree , preferably in Accounting, Economics, Audit, or a related field.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills .
- Proven leadership abilities and problem-solving skills .
- Solid understanding of GAAP/IFRS principles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines .
- Capacity to work effectively both independently and in collaboration with colleagues across all levels .
- Willingness to travel for out-of-town engagements .
- Fluent English proficiency is essential.
As a Senior Consultant in our Audit & Assurance Department , you will play a key part in delivering high-quality audit engagements and driving team success.
Depending on your level of experience and expertise, your responsibilities may include:
- Leading and mentoring less experienced colleagues , fostering their growth and supporting their career journeys.
- Acting as a trusted advisor within client engagement teams and contributing to exceptional project delivery.
- Taking responsibility for a wide range of engagement tasks, including:
- Planning and preparation of audit activities.
- Conducting fieldwork and addressing project challenges with innovative solutions.
- Performing research on complex audit and accounting issues.
- Preparing and reviewing financial statements and disclosures.
- Coordinating reviews and supporting all levels of engagement team interaction.
