Job Location: Pimpalner, Sakri, Dist – Dhule (Maharashtra)
Experience: - Min 2-4 years’ experience in Rural Development sector.
Qualification & Skills
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Rural Development, Social Work or related field .
- 2–4 years of experience in FPOs, agriculture, agribusiness, livelihoods or value-chain development .
- Good communication, farmer mobilization and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of FPO operations, commodity value chains and MS Office.
- Willingness to travel extensively in rural areas.
- Marathi/Hindi proficiency preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Mobilize farmers and increase FPO member participation.
- Support aggregation, procurement, grading, quality control and primary processing .
- Facilitate market linkages, buyer coordination and order fulfilment.
- Track local market prices and provide market intelligence.
- Coordinate logistics, dispatch and delivery of produce.
- Support FPO CEOs/BODs in business planning and day-to-day operations.
- Develop system for procurement, sales, stock, member and field records.
- Support FPO compliance, training, project implementation and MIS reporting.
- Coordinate with buyers, government agencies and other stakeholders.
- Support in other project implementation work

- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills in Gujarati, English and Hindi.
- Willingness to travel frequently to rural project sites
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
