Responsible for the work you perform and are required to endorse all maintenance and General Aviation Tasking (if required) completed in the aircraft continuing airworthiness record system and supporting Maintenance Managers in the execution of maintenance and aviation related duties by providing Task Sign-off and Certification of Maintenance within the scope of your authorisation Responsible for directly supporting Maintenance Managers in the execution of maintenance and aviation related duties by providing holistic tactical level task co-ordination, personnel management, and supervision for a group of maintenance tasks or GAT and/or personnel. Experience with component-level troubleshooting and avionics systems Ability to work a rotating roster A hands-on problem solver with strong attention to detail Confident in leading teams or ready to step into that responsibility Curious, tech-forward, and committed to continual learning Former Defence?
