Key Responsibilities

- Execute operating system upgrades and in-place upgrades.

- Perform greenfield virtual machine deployments.

- Execute VM migrations and ringfencing activities.

- Support VMware ESX/ESXi and vCenter migrations and upgrades.

- Prepare migration plans, runbooks and cutover procedures.

- Perform technical validation, troubleshooting and post-migration support.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience working with VMware/ESX infrastructure.

- Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale VM and OS migrations.

- Hands-on experience with ESXi, vCenter, vMotion and Storage vMotion.

- Experience with both in-place upgrades and greenfield deployments.

- Strong troubleshooting and infrastructure migration skills.
