About this role
Main responsibilities:
- Create weekly capacity planning/reports for the departments Contracting and Quality
- Weekly adjustments of capacity planning in SAP
- Create network plans for new orders/contracts
- Correct/Adjust network plan supplements
- Create network plan copies for securing sales quotes
- Compare sales quotes with internal cost’s reporting and order notification/report
- Processing of pending invoice dates from SAP for the Project managers
- Create new virtual work places in SAP
- Transfer of employee absences planning into SAP
Education and Experience:
- Commercial qualification/experience is advantage
- Experience in SAP and Excel is necessary
- Office programs (Powerpoint, Word, Outlook)
