About the Role
Part-Time Optical Assistant
This is a part-time position, 3 days per week , with a varied role that will include:
- Answering phone calls and responding to patient queries
- General administration and supporting the day-to-day running of the practice
- Welcoming and assisting patients
- Helping patients choose frames that suit their style, personality and needs
- Providing friendly, knowledgeable customer service
- Supporting the wider team wherever needed
Additional Information:
- This role is ideal for someone with previous experience working in optics
- We have 1 consulting room
- We are a team of 6
