Position: Customer Care Consultant
Location: hybrid/remote possible after training period on-site Bucharest, Romania (performance dependant)
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle inbound customer requests via phone and email
- Support clients with account-related enquiries, transactions, balances and service usage
- Investigate and resolve operational and customer-related issues
- Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions within agreed service standards
- Maintain accurate customer and case documentation in internal systems
- Work with multiple internal systems and tools to manage customer requests
- Collaborate with internal departments to support effective resolution of complex cases
- Ensure professional and customer-focused communication throughout each interaction
- Work in line with SLA, quality and operational requirements.
REQUIREMENTS:
- German language proficiency at C1/C2 level + English C1 level
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Comfortable working with multiple systems and tools
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- CRM experience is considered an advantage
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic international environment
- Legal right to work in Romania
- Preferably based in Bucharest or willing to relocate.
