About this role
• Oversee the operational activities of the CS/PS unit of the Network Managed Service Provider.
• Coordinate resolution of all core network incidents, problems and change activities on the MTN multi-vendor network platforms.
• Fulfill requests of other Technology teams interacting with core network operations
