About this role

Accountabilities:

- Translate Microsoft commercial programs, business policies, incentives, and commercial motions into clear, actionable guidance for internal teams.

- Drive operational readiness by coordinating with sales, operations, platform, enablement, marketing, and country teams before new programs launch.

- Develop seller enablement frameworks that explain program value, positioning, requirements, and activation opportunities for sales teams.

- Support partner success by providing clear, practical, and consistent guidance on commercial programs, policy changes, and growth opportunities.

- Serve as an internal subject-matter expert for Microsoft commercial programs by answering questions, clarifying requirements, guiding teams through changes, and escalating unresolved issues.

- Liaise with Microsoft commercial stakeholders to understand upcoming program changes, priorities, incentives, policies, and execution expectations.

- Translate commercial strategy into practical playbooks, communication packs, training materials, and country activation plans.

- Support regional and country teams through program guidance, readiness materials, structured follow-up, and escalation support.

- Coordinate with operations and platform teams to ensure commercial program requirements are reflected in processes, systems, tools, and partner experiences.

- Track program adoption, execution, readiness, and blockers by consolidating country feedback and identifying opportunities for improvement.

- Establish a consistent communication rhythm for commercial program updates, clearly communicating changes, required actions, and available support.

- Prepare executive-ready summaries, decision points, readiness updates, and recommendations to support governance and leadership decisions.

Requirements:

- Demonstrate strong knowledge of the Microsoft commercial ecosystem, including partner programs, incentives, policies, sales motions, and channel execution.

- Have experience translating complex vendor programs or business policies into practical field enablement, operational readiness, and partner-facing guidance.

- Understand value-added distribution models, including partner structures, channel dynamics, seller enablement, operational processes, and country-level execution.

- Have experience collaborating with sales, operations, enablement, vendor management, platform, and partner-facing teams.

- Demonstrate proven stakeholder management skills across complex international organizations and external partner environments.

- Possess strong program and project management capabilities, with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives, deadlines, stakeholders, and regions simultaneously.

- Be able to simplify complex commercial topics into clear communications, playbooks, FAQs, training materials, and actionable plans.

- Demonstrate strong business acumen and understand how commercial programs contribute to revenue growth, partner engagement, and field execution.

- Be comfortable operating in a fast-changing environment where vendor programs, policies, and business priorities evolve frequently.

- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce concise, structured, executive-ready updates.

- Annual compensation ranges from $163,800 to $267,148.20, with the final offer varying based on geographic location, experience, education, and skill level.

- The compensation package may include a target incentive, with the final base pay and incentive ratio determined at offer.
