Full-Cycle Recruiter

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Duration: 3 Month Contract

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM CST We're seeking an experienced Recruiter to provide full-cycle recruiting support through the end of the year. This role will partner closely with hiring managers to manage the hiring process from intake through offer acceptance while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

- Manage up to 10 active requisitions simultaneously
- Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and define hiring needs
- Source, screen, and evaluate qualified candidates
- Conduct phone and virtual interviews
- Present candidate recommendations to hiring teams
- Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communication
- Extend offers and support negotiations
- Ensure accurate ATS documentation and recruitment tracking

Qualifications

Required:

- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience partnering directly with hiring managers
- Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate assessment skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience extending offers and managing candidates through the hiring process
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Preferred:

- Healthcare recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting for corporate, technology, or professional roles
- Staffing agency recruiting background
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tools

Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $37.00 - $45.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
