We are urgently hiring a Physical Therapist to join our growing multidisciplinary practice in Fredericksburg, VA . This is an excellent opportunity to work with an established patient base while treating a diverse mix of orthopedic, musculoskeletal, neurological, sports, and vestibular conditions .
For more than 10 years, our practice has provided comprehensive care to the Fredericksburg community. You'll work alongside a collaborative team offering physical therapy, occupational therapy, pain management, podiatry, and other integrated services.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate and treat orthopedic, musculoskeletal, neurological, sports, and vestibular conditions
- Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Provide orthopedic and sports rehabilitation
- Support injury prevention and sports performance programs
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed
- Educate patients on home exercise, wellness, and injury prevention
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Current Virginia Physical Therapist license
- Outpatient, orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, or sports therapy experience preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- $90,000–$150,000 with productivity bonus potential
