Seeking an Energy Marshall for a direct hire opportunity with our client in Austin, TX.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the consistent application of established quality processes and standards for SPW field operations.
- Coordinate quality assurance and quality control activities for self-performed scopes throughout the project life cycle.
- Develop and maintain field quality programs and processes that promote accountability and consistent execution.
- Support training and development initiatives to ensure SPW team members understand and apply quality requirements.
- Monitor quality data, inspections, field performance metrics, and completed work to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Communicate quality findings, observations, and recommendations to project stakeholders and support timely issue resolution.
- Evaluate field processes and completed work to identify opportunities for improved consistency, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with project teams, craft supervision, and cross-functional partners to address quality-related challenges and implement corrective actions.
- Support continuous improvement efforts that strengthen SPW quality practices and alignment with established quality frameworks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience required.

- 4–6 years of experience in Self-Perform Work (SPW), project management, quality assurance, quality control, construction, or a related field required.

- American Society for Quality (ASQ) Certified Quality Technician (CQT) certification preferred.
