Customer Operations Specialist

Location: Fully Onsite | Minneapolis, MN

Schedule: Flexible between 7:00 AM-5:00 PM

Duration: 6 Month Contract

Join a growing organization and play a key role in a major customer account and ERP migration initiative. We're seeking a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with data, customer communication, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure a smooth customer transition experience.

What You'll Do

- Review, validate, and update customer account data
- Support customer account migration and ERP transition activities
- Communicate updates, FAQs, and project information to customers
- Conduct customer outreach via phone and email
- Execute and track mass customer communications
- Partner with finance, procurement, and project teams to ensure accurate account setup
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies while maintaining detailed project records

What We're Looking For

Required:

- 2+ years of customer service, account support, customer operations, or related experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including filtering, sorting, and updating large datasets

Preferred:

- Experience with customer account data or master data management
- ERP migration, data cleanup, or system implementation experience
- Experience communicating business process changes to customers

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
