Office Operations Manager
Schedule: Onsite | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
Language Requirement: English & Spanish (Required)
Location: Hopkins, Minnesota We're looking for a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Administrative & Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our growing team. This highly visible role supports Accounts Receivable, HR, Finance, and daily office operations, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety, customer interaction, and wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Apply customer payments and support Accounts Receivable activities
- Generate invoices, monitor payment schedules, and assist with collections
- Enter vendor invoices and provide administrative support to the accounting team
- Assist with onboarding, payroll support, employee access management, and HR administration
- Answer phones, greet visitors, and manage incoming/outgoing mail
- Support sales reporting, pricing updates, and customer information maintenance
- Provide general administrative support across multiple departments
Qualifications
Required:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Accounts Receivable experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a busy office environment
Preferred:
- HR or onboarding experience
- Collections experience
- Manufacturing industry experience
- Experience working in a small business environment
- Deacom ERP experience

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hopkins, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $31.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
