Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer Job Description Join our team as a Manufacturing Engineer and play a pivotal role in leading complex quoting efforts, implementing advanced work cells, and continuously improving manufacturing standards. You will have the opportunity to design complex tooling, mentor team members, and lead cross-functional teams to drive process development and manufacturing readiness. Responsibilities
- Lead complex quoting efforts and validate team estimates.
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement advanced work cells.
- Audit and continuously improve standards and routings.
- Plan, lead, and document full-scale Kaizen events.
- Utilize advanced functions of PLM and CreoView.
- Design complex tooling and mentor others on design best practices.
- Define standards and review documentation from team members.
- Lead large layout initiatives and collaborate with the facilities team.
- Develop and implement ergonomic solutions across multiple cells.
- Guide design teams on DFM implementation and use Valor to assist in the process.
- Review CCA BOM using Silicon Experts for OBS, single source, part availability, and part life span.
- Provide mentoring, guidance, and support to more junior and new engineers.
Essential Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related engineering field.
- 2+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering.
- Experience working in an electronics manufacturing environment.
- Mechanical ability in electro-mechanical assembly.
- Strong foundation with ERP and MES systems, SAP S/4 HANA preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship required due to potential government security investigation.
- 4-8+ years as an engineer, including experience in electronics manufacturing.
- Previous SMT experience is a plus.
- Continuous improvements based on statistical analysis and LEAN techniques.
- Knowledge of IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, and AS9100 standards.
Work Environment Work in a heavy engineering design and manufacturing environment where products are designed and manufactured in-house. For the first six months, you will be required to work onsite five days a week. After this period, there is an opportunity for hybrid work flexibility. The schedule follows a 9/80 work pattern, with Monday and Tuesday being mandatory onsite days.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $62.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
