Sub-Family Definition

Financial Crimes Risk Management identifies, assesses, and manages risks associated with money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions violations, fraud, and other financial crimes. Develops and executes policies, controls, monitoring, investigations, and regulatory compliance programs to mitigate financial crime risk and ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations, including AML and BSA requirements.

Fraud Investigations activities may include:

- Investigates suspected incidents of illegal activity or cases of suspected fraud by teammates, vendors, or third parties.

- Coordinates information gathering and reporting with applicable law enforcement authorities, and present evidence to court.

- Maintains case management and evidence in accordance with legal requirements.

- Other duties as assigned.
